In his prose poem titled "The Great Longing" Gibran names his brother the mountain and sister the sea, which shows the connection of his human life to nature. The issue includes also an address published from the Testimonial Dinner given by admirers of G.K. Gibran in New York January 5, 1929, as it was the 25th anniversary of his first publication (conducted by Philip K. Hitti).
